Bought it about 3 years ago and it hasn't grown much since. It's Hardy and very low maintenance. Doesn't flower. Basically it looks like this all year round.

I want to buy a few more as they're very easy to maintain. Sadly I lost the identifying card that came with it so don't know what it's called. DSC_0454_20140701_144413_20140701_144439.jpg

Thought it was Hebe...but you should have seen flowers in 3 years.
    Have you trimmed it?

Euonymus was my other thought. But leaves seem very narrow.
Would like to see pic of the shrub taken from the side, rather than looking down on it.
Plus a close up of the leaves.

No. Don't need to cut it back as it doesn't grow very much. If it's any help when I bought it, it was in the same section as Buxus Sempervirens whichnis what I have planted next to it. I have a vague feeling the name began with the letter C but I could be totally wrong with that. Never seen any flowers in all the years it's been planted.

Thank you for the new pics.
      Definitely Euonymus sp.
Probably one of the many Euonymus japonicus. eg. Euonymus japonicus microphyllus albovariegatus ..ie one with small leaves, with white edges.

      .
Suggest if you want an exact match you either take cuttings OR a sample with you when you go to the garden centre.
There are now many different named ones.

Thanks for the reply. I've been looking at a number of varieties of that shrub and it seems to closely resemble Microphyllus Aureus as the leaves are lighter green than the Albovariegatus variety and the edges are more pale yellow than white. Possibly it didn't show up too well on the photo.
