    well the meadow was full of butterflies , but trying to catch a photo as they didnt settle for long sorry for the poor quality

      Sad to say that although my garden is full of insect attracting plants of all kinds I have only seen one or two Butterflies other than the Cabbage Whites:dunno::cry3:. I did see a Peacock Butterfly this morning, but only one and that was the first I've seen in the garden this year.:coffee:

          Saw my first Clouded Yellow on Weymouth seafront yesterday and a Peacock flew in and out of the conservatory this afternoon.

          A Skipper, small (?) first one seen in the garden this morning.

            @Jiffy We used to get lots of them near the pond when I had a hedge here every evening just before dusk... To me they are like Fairies when they are flying.... :doh: :biggrin:

                        Lots more Peacock Butterflies on the way! I found a whole load more baby caterpillars on the same nettle patch as I found the large ones on (that disappeared to pupate) last month.
