Woo...I only thought the self and same thing yesterday ,I stopped gardening as it was just getting hotter and hotter and couldn't stand it but then the thoughts of those short dark days soon made me change my tune

Had a chap here at 7am doing a quote for the conservatory roofs,he was great and very professional .One company was supposed to come last night but didn't turn up these things do annoy me...I rang to ask if there had been a problem but they then told me they don't do insurance quotes they were told it was part insurance and part other work when the appointment was made so why didn't they mention it then? they're supposed to be a reputable company s they're off the list..their loss...I'm trying to stay positive but from past experience trying to get work done has been a nightmare

It's cooler this morning but it's expected to get really warm later so it's a good time to get some jobs done

Hello one and all,

Just back from the supermarket, thought I would get it of the way early.

OH is really feeling miserable, he is really being to wind down with his Alzheimer's, he is also fed up because he gums are taking forever to heal after having two front teeth out for new dentures.

I have just made an appointment for him to see his doctor to see if there is anything to perk him up.

I am still suffering with my mouth, at the end of May, I had one tooth out, this has led to more problems with my tongue, the same as as last year. I have seen the dentist at the hospital, and you will never guess...............my tongue is too big!!

When I was 16 I had my lower jaw realigned due a childhood problem, it made my mouth smaller, and therefore my tongue has less space in my mouth, as I have had two teeth out in one place, my tongue has slipped sideways, and slightly miss-shaped, now leaving me a with another lump, which now has to be cut and reshaped, and just in case a biopsy taken.

I will be living in the dentist's chair soon. I have to decide if I want to wear a plate or have 2 teeth implanted,(any ideas anyone, which is best?), if I have a denture, it seems I should also have a gold crown on my back tooth to help hold the denture in. I suppose implants would be better as they will never have to come out, hopefully I have a few years ahead of me, so it would be a long term investment.

Just finished my Frappe coffee, off now to work in the shady part of the garden, to sort some fading flowers.
