Could try Cool Glass from Bayer. Mix with water and apply to outside of greenhouse. I've used it a couple of times and it worked.

I was using coolglass but didn't like the way it was all or nothing and wanted something I could adjust for the hot days we now get in the spring time.

So I made my own shades for my greenhouse out of old curtain linings I took out of a pair of old curtains I had lying about for ages. I can remove the panels individually when I need a bit more light or add more when I need more shade too.

Looks like they have been cooked or dried out. Give them a good soak and keep them shaded until they recover.

Carefully I would say!!!. Are you serious DF?, having a larf??, or just posting one sentence questions with the thought of getting reactions.
It is doubtful if anyone deliberately plants Nettles but if you have a friend who has given you some Nettle roots I would suggest you give them back to him to make a "nice" brew of Nettle Tea out of them.
I do grow Nettles in my garden in selected spots, where I or visitors won't be stung, but only for certain caterpillars that like it as food and also lay eggs on the plant.

Except me, if I had the room to have a whole area full of the stuff. One of the best plants for insects I understand.

If OP does indeed want to plant them then think carefully where you plant them. I did this with my comfrey (also a weed) when I first moved in and it's one of the biggest regrets of my life.

Now that I agree with, JJ, and it's the one and only reason that I do make special places in which to grow Nettles.:coffee::snork: You do have to keep an eye out for seedlings popping up in other borders or the runners spreading out more quickly than you want but it is another beneficial plant for insects But you know as well as I do, that the gardeners who plant or grow Nettles deliberately in their gardens are few and far between due to the fact of having family playing in garden etc.

You could always just sling over a sheet over the top of the greenhouse

What I did with mine was a bit more complex and involved me taking out all the glass in one side of the roof so I could replace all the bolts that held the glazing bars in with bolts that had holes drilled in them. These holes then had a keyring threaded on and then my shades were mounted to this.

Not sure if you could do this or not as your greenhouse is glazed in plastic and might not even have glazing bars.

You could probably get away with just draping a large tarp over the top and anchouring it down with some string or perhaps some spring clamps. It seems though judging by your tomatoes you seem to be addressing the issue after the horse has bolted.
