    Just heard on the news that another aircraft with 110 passengers and 6 flight crew has gone missing.It should have landed seven hours ago,but since then nothing has been seen or heard from it...Bad weather was evident at the time although the news says that there are armed groups in Northern Mali where the plane was flying...

    No wonder Mr Kandy refuses to have anything to do with flying and one of my nieces is at the moment in training to be a trolley dolly with BA ...

      RIP to all those poor souls who have lost their lives in this terrible accident.My thought and prayers go with all the families of those who have lost their lives....:noidea:

        I really don't like the smell of this - somehow, somewhere, someone has managed to work out how to bypass the current security arrangements on aircraft and they are slowly exploiting it.

          Rather bothered by this as my Sister in laws sister & husband left the UK to go to Algeria today & no one has heard from them .

              Aircraft MD83 flying from Burkina Faso to Algeria. Disappeared in Northern Niger just south of Mali border. Severe storm conditions in area at the time.

              It was an ordinary accident - nothing more, nothing less. Tragic beyond words for those involved and their families, but an accident.
