        Lili, I hope you get better quickly :grphg:

        I sorted out Barry's problem fairly easily :blue thumb:. I read through all the papers and made one phone cal. Sorted! :)

        Mrs Shiney's friend's garden and house were very interesting. It's an old Rectory that was pulled down, without permission, and rebuilt to look similar (not by friend). A big house in 11 acres of ground plus a 7 acre field! A tennis court, and swimming pool with a poolside building that house two shower/changing rooms and a kitchen :hate-shocked:

        There is an enormous barn/garage that's over four hundred years old, a very large pond with Koi carp and ducks and a few other little buildings dotted around. Where's the 'extremely jealous' smiley when you need it? :heehee:

        I've already done a bit in the garden and shall go back out in a minute. The birds are enjoy the sprinkler :hapydancsmil:

          A day at home in the garden today. I need to clear the area where my new greenhouse is going. It is being delivered tomorrow as a flat pack.

          Just looking for that last bit of bouncability, I know it's around here somewhere !

              Moyra ..This heat does drain you doesn't it,I'm spending more time in the shade but I must say I am getting used to it.If it stayed like this all Summer we could maybe adapt better and this long spell is good training.Normally here we have hot/cold/very hot/very cold in the space of a week but it makes a change to have it constantly warm/hot:dbgrtmb:

              I've been bouncing around out there since early doors but it's warming up now...do you know I've just spotted Bindweed growing in the GH,now where's that come from:paladin:

                      A good morning to all my friends.:chicken:

                      A lovely cool start today, been over to the compost bin, got rid of all the rubbish.:autlvs:

                      Toast and jam, a lovely banana, and a hot cup of coffee.

                      Market day today, hoping to buy some large red gooseberries that were being sold last week, I bought a big bowl, and they were delicious. Was going to put them in the freezer, but they never made it.

                        Yesterday I got a load of mowing done before it got too hot and I'll be going out there soon to cut 150ft of hedge. I can't start too early because of the noise.

                        It'll be another very hot one today!
