        Hi Jen

Yes a new variety down side only from T&M !!!!! they had to resend as the 1st lot were in a right old state as they come as plugs not easy to send through the post as they are quite brittle as plugs but , I have tried out the bigger the pot and John inns no 3 added grit seems to work the best.

Ten years of breeding by Australia's leading specialists have produced this unusual new Alstromeria with amazing variegated foliage. This fantastic Peruvian Lily grows just as well in sun as in shade, with no burning of the creamy foliage. Alstroemeria 'Rock 'n' Roll' is super hardy, withstanding temperatures down to -10°C (14F). Perfect for borders and patios where it will flower continuously throughout summer, producing beautiful stems that are ideal for cutting. Height: 75cm (30”). Spread: 60cm (24”).

        Spruce

I've only got hanging box balls ... and they are plastic  but effective :heehee:

Next year (if I should ever move into the bliddy house I've been trying to purchase for months!), I shall have window boxes and hanging baskets (yup, those bliddy box balls: plastic - can't kill those :heehee:) but I shall be taking my "live" plant selections from the wonderfully inspiring pictures on here.

Thanks to all who are posting: inspirational, creative and encouraging

Some of the window boxes and planters we've done at work this year.

These are a mixture of Heliotrope 'Marine', Begonia 'Apricot Shades', Sanvitalia 'Golden Aztec', Surfina 'Blue' and Lobelia 'Fountains Blue'.

Lovely colour mix Trunky - thanks for all the plant names as well ! Now added to my 2015 wish list .
I have bought Sanvitalia for years and grew it from seed this year . Its a fantastic basket plant , I prefer it to Bidens , but for some reason not widely known or sold
Spruces Alstomeria is added as well , iffy plug plants is a bit off putting though.

Thanks Jen, the camera just doesn't capture the colour , its really nice there is 4 different plants in the pot as when they grew I just left them and dint split as I dint know if I would lose any so just put them into a bigger pot.
