    Good morning this is the Eucalyptus tree stump that was brought down in the last storm,it was OK as a tree but now it is growing in to a very large bush,so its got to go,unless there is a way to get it to grow as a tree again:smile:

    Hi Woo

    Just leave one main shoot to grow and cut the other out .

                Good evening Spruce my friend,the problem is I get so used to hard pruning my Roses,I guess I got carried away;)and as Mrs Woo couldn't get past it to hang the washing out,she said that I would have to do it,you can see I had no choice:heehee::smile:

                        I agree, leave one stem, train it to a cane - Eucalyptus tend to grow "floppy" but even so the stem will "straighten" as it fattens - but upright would be better than 45 degrees of course :)
