        Great pictures Jools
Agree with Sheal looks like a Pieris could be Japonica 'Purity' aka 'lily of the valley' bush or it could be Forestii
Really glad you liked it at the Eden Project and Heligan
Think Cornwall has a magic to it ...... Must be all that light and ozone, we always come back happy and rested.
Even after camping in the rain.

Sept is usually a good month for weather in Cornwall (bit misty sometimes) as is late May early June and it's easier to visit the attractions.
Really glad you enjoyed exploring the car parks and other attractions lol!

                    Appropriate T-Shirt then?!! :)

I am sure you know this, but it needs Acid / Container with ericaceous compost :)

Good to see that the Desfontiania is still doing well! Isn't the Jungle incredible!!!

I'm not sure that is a Pieris though - the blooms are the wrong shape. Was it at Heligan? I wonder as they hold the National Rhododendum collection, so might it be a species Rhodie maybe?

joolz - I think your Pieris type plant might be a Clethra arborea.

Nice one Peter! Something of rarity from what I've just read.
