Val, trust all is settling down in your household now.

 

Not sure there is a more natural way for dementia, the vet was hinting that maybe I should let him go but having just lost one dog I'm afraid I can't face losing another at this point, anyway the vivitonin is really helping!!

Val ,we used Vivitonin on Cassie our old dog , it worked wonders ! In fact Mrs H thinks I need a course of it

 

@Val.. .I'm really sorry to hear this but with your love and care I'm sure you'll both manage..I understand how very difficult it must be for both of you,my old furry lad has several strokes which brought on the onset of dementia but in between times he was a happy old fellow ,the strain is more on you than him...and to add about the Vivitonin it helped my Duggy no end

 

I've only ever had unregistered dogs, but my sister has always gone for registered kennel club dogs.
Mostly GSD or retrievers, they have always spent lots of time at the vets, mostly with in bred problems, bad hips, skin issues, and the last poor retriever died of leukaemia aged just 8.
All have been bought from good homes of so called people who know what they are doing, not puppy farms.

The one dog of pedigree that I did have, and was bought from a breeding kennels, was a cocker spaniel puppy, it died within the week, of parvo, wondered why the seller was so insistent I took out insurance.

The dog breeding system stinks, it revolves around money, even more that the vets, who do their best to rip you off at any opportunity.
