One of my many gaps in gardening knowledge are Fuchsias . I know next to nowt about them ! I am going to browse the Fuchsia sticky section later.
I bought upright Fuschias to fill a couple of gaps in my planting . One of them " Garden News" has been spectacular in a shadey spot:thumbsup: Just looking it up , and it is classed as Hardy . What do I do at the end of the season ? It is in a very sheltered spot in a container. Do I trim it back , mulch it , protect it ? Only cost me £1.30 so it's amazing value !:hapydancsmil:

    TIA

    Hi H

Dont over trim trim as all those branches will help protect the buds over the winter months , it is hardy and if the weather is bad will re -shoot out of the ground if planted in the border, but in a container will need to be kept frost free. If planted in the open ground a good deep bark mulch around the plant will help.

Quick tidy up in the spring when the new shoots appear.
