aziatic lillies?

ive done some research and it says to cut them right back to ground level? also can i split them? mum says they have bulbs? and you can take them out and plant again? but when?

 

im more used to using them in bouquets(past life) than growing them x

as soon as the foliage dies down either knock them out the pot or dig up and you will see the main bulb with bulblets around the main bulb just pull off and re plant them easy peesy

they will start to re-root early October/November.

maybe ive been a bit hasty! ive cut them back to ground level! will they regrow? some are in the ground so was just going to leave them be, but one is in a pot and was going to repot a bulb or two?oh sugar! please say i haven't ruined them!

 

they will be fine , I like to cover them with a little fresh compost on top of the soil , helps stop the slugs going into the bulbs from where all the old stalks where (easy route) .
Knock the one out the pot and remove all the compost it will require fresh compost to make it flower again ...
