Leek 'Elefant' and the two Toms that Loli gave me, finally getting some fruit on it. I've not been able to give the Toms the right amount of care because of moving house but they seem pretty happy (Sorry Loli!):

6 x Tumbling Toms from Loli too:

I think you might be missing a trick there. I'd be tempted to top up the raised bed as it would help 'blanch' the Leeks:blue thumb:

Sadly our courgettes and French beans are finished for the season. Runner beans stopped when the cold came in August, but now, with the warmth this month they've started to flower again, not sure if there is enough time for the beans to develop?

On the plus side our cabbages, kales and sprouts are growing strongly. Picked a couple of cabbages and they are big:blue thumb:

Red cabbage braised together with raisins, Savoy pan fried with caraway seeds, .....:)

A couple of fine specimens there HsuH. :blue thumb:

My brassicas are doing well this year too, seems to be a good year for them. Continuing the general theme of everything being earlier than usual in the garden this year, I cut the first of my Belot 'winter' cauliflowers today. I wouldn't normally expect these to be ready until November.

Update, Spring onions are coming on, as is the Land Cress. Had to cut the Mizuna back due to Cabbage White caterpillars.

            Peas are flowering :yay:
