Yesterday (payday) - Locally caught Turbot fillet, fried in butter with fresh tarragon, a medley of broad & french beans, brocolli, new potatoes. Followed by some Wensleydale cheese, crackers, grapes and walnuts.

Ever ordered one with no mayo but bit into it and found mayo in it? Thing is it wasn't mayo - the stink gave it away as an abscess!! Never been back since!

We had local pork chop (at least 25mm thick!), baked tatties and ratatouille.

I just go here and buy five pieces (for 5 Euros) so no mayo, no anything, just KFC ... yum! I saw they have a 'pulled chicken' there but don't think it's migrated here yet .... yet .... :love30:

I thought you didn't eat in the evening! :hate-shocked:

Last night I had home made soup made from butternut squash, chick peas and coconut milk and liquidised, followed by a lovely British sirloin steak, from Aldi, with new potatoes and home grown cabbage. When I got home just before midnight I had a very sweet grapefruit followed by freshly picked apples turned into a lovely crumble.

Yesterday was faggots, chips and mushy peas.
Today will be liver, bacon and onions with mashed potato, carrots and sweet corn.
