An assortment from yesterday, not bad for a late start and the blight too

@alexmac ...I'd say a good all rounder Alex, nothing out of the ordinary but a nice mellow 'tomatoey' taste:thumbsup:

The last of my Gardeners Delight, getting sweeter by the day:wub2: there was a about a dozen more but I've scoffed them while gardening today:biggrin:

I wouldn't grow Alicante again, nor Moneymaker nor Ailsa Craig. Many much nicer ones available (although I'd be the first to admit that its very subjective, and personal preference [plus husbandry and soil may well make a difference comparing your garden and, say, mine])

Lots of seeds packets of those varieties available in the Sheds every year though ...

Ailsa Craig as an Onion: now that IS one that I grow every year :)

Cleared most of the plants today, they won't do much more now the weathers changed.

                Last picking.

And a bucket load of green ones to annoy Sis :snork:

The Minke Marvels are dying back now, but still a few breakfasts in them :)

Mine are still cropping quite well, but I'm still not half way through them. Dunno if they'll just stop, with the cooler weather.

I think you're right, although they are in the greenhouse. Still, I always knew I was taking a chance, sowing so late.

Oh, I didn't realise, worth keeping them going then. Temperatures will be down next week, but there will be some sun as well :)
