I made a big chilli yesterday (big means:- 2kg mince, 10 onions, 4 tins toms, 4 tins beans, loads of garlic and cumin, herbs and just a few of my hot chillies), ready for visitors at the weekend.

For the veggies I'll be cooking (today) an aubergine and chickpea curry and a roasted cauli, carrot and lentil curry. We can, then, all share the rice. :blue thumb:

Last night I had chicken soup, lamb chops, new potatoes, sprouts, followed by apple crumble.
