    Hello all,

    I'm Karthik, from Bangalore, India. We always had a garden at home with few hibiscus plants. Recently I picked up the interest in terrestrial plants and trees. I am slowly learning about different plants, fertiliser dosing etc. My other hobbies are motorcycling, growing aquatic plants (submerged and emersed) and fishkeeping. Hoping to learn a great deal from you all.

      Some aquatic plants I grew emersed (out of water). The list includes cryptocoryone wendtii, Cryptocoryne Spiralis, hydrocotyle tripartita, miscellaneous ferns, mosses and mondo grass (of course, not aquatic). I keep the setup covered with a transparent plastic sheet to maintain moisture and humidity.

          Yep one of my fav castles Eilean Donan. Just love that part of the world from skye to Applecross to Glen Coe is heaven for me.
