              Roast chicken, roast potatoes, carrots, broc, cauli, sage and onion stuffing, and gravy :)
              Not sure why my ex moaned so much about cooking. Its so easy, and just as easy to have done it for two :)

                  That was the same as mine, minus the broccoli & cauliflower, and added a couple of yorkshires :)

                  If you're good at a Sunday roast, it's your ex's loss in my opinion ;)

                    Ha ha :biggrin: I am not sure I am good at them, as I have only done two in my life! :snork:
                    All I know is that it tasted better than hers :snork::blue thumb: and was easy.
                    Her chicken was always mega dry :sad:
                    She moaned about everything though @Ellen .... doing the ironing, washing up, cooking, clothes washing and drying, taking the lad to school, picking him up, mowing the lawn, weeding, washing both cars, housework, and her job too!
                    Shocking! :snork::snork::snork:

                              I have never had brisket, what is it @Adendoll ?
                              I am currently making my homemade chicken soup :hapydancsmil: but it won't be ready till tomorrow. I had sweet chilli chicken noodles.

                                Lower chest of beef. A good joint to be slow cooked.
                                If you have a slow cooker you can just chuck it in the pot with your choice of veg and stock or use chilli con carne type accompaniments put the lid on and forget about it for a few hours, the longer it cooks the better it tastes (not days before you start lol!) usually get a good hot meal or two from it with plenty left for sandwiches
                                You can often pick it up really cheaply in the sell off fridge sections of supermarkets too.
