    Ok, so I got the seeds to germinate. Now I have a couple of pots of baby lily bulbs, died down now. So the question is, how do I treat them over winter? At the moment they are in the poly-tunnel and fairly dry.

    I would just keep the compost slightly moist otherwise the bulbs may dry out too much , frost free over winter will help for the 1st year , keep a eye out for slugs lurking at the bottom of the pot.
