@Spruce mum boils the ribs but these were chinese style so done in the oven tonight half the gang are having takeout pizza the other half are on lamb casserole but im not hungry sooooooooo dunno maybe grab a sandwich later

 

I have some homemade raki brought back from stalis in Crete (good stuff too )a few year ago

 

@shiney i always add chilli to my stews doesnt make it spicy but defo adds a warmth to it doesnt it

 

Last night I cooked a honey glazed rib eye steak, roasted carrots and parsnips, corn on the cob, home made chips and some beautiful red wine sauce for our anniversary. Truly Delightful.

 

Good old duck egg, bacon and chips. Oh, and fried onions and mushrooms,with home made made Caramelised onion chutney.

 

Roast beef is in the slow cooker..potatoe and carrots...
