Scrummy stuff!
Today I gave it a spritz of lemon juice while it was cooking and served it on some toasted (because it was a bit 'ard) parmesan and sundried tomato bread: great combo as it turns out Ok, so maybe not a "dinner" (as such) but it was my main meal today and certainly a fuel filler without being pretentious or overly expensive (when cooking for one) If I had a moan, it would be the outrageous price of today when it was always considered a pauper meal ... but, that (moan) would be more suited to a different thread
