MEGA Wilkos bargain shops today, spent over £100!

Alerted by a post on HUKD that hp 301 ink cartridge multipacks were half price online Wilkos but although OOS online people were finding them half price instore, I checked out the hp364 ink carts and they were only £12.50 for a 4 pack (Tesco had them on special offer @ £22.50 a while ago and at Sainsburys they are £31.99).

Nearest Wilko didn't have any, not even a space for them on the display, 2nd Wilkos had 5, 3rd had 2. Those (together with what I've got left from when Tesco had them on special offer, buy 2 get 1 free, buy 2 get 500 points and a code to get the cost down even further) will keep both us and our daughter at Uni in coupon printing ink for some time.

There's also loads more reductions on the gardening stuff:

Seeds 75% off (some are coming through the till @ 80% off)
      3L Tomato feed 60p
      1L Advanced tomato feed 30p
      2L Advanced tomato feed £1
      1Kg Miracle Gro £1.10 (the 0.5Kg packs are £1)
      JI seed compost £1.10
Crop & Pond mesh £1 (the small square mesh, not the springy/stretchy diamond shaped hole stuff)
      7L watering cans £1
      1.5Kg Growmore 70p
      1.5Kg Bonemeal 70 (the BF&B hasn't been reduced)

@Vertically Challenged these are now only £3.50

Afro combs reduced to 10p (to de-stalk elderberries for winemaking)

Packs of 5 joke lottery tickets only 25p, every on a winner!

      + lots more

That's better than the one I bought that only read 'moist' in a glass of water

Reed screens now £5. Hose pipe water consumption meters £2.50 (not much good for me on 'water rates' although I did wonder if good for letting me know how much unmetered water I use in the garden and cart to my plot every year.

I keep going back hoping for final clearance on the seeds, but they are still half price at by local Wilko! My shed is nicely stuffed though.

The packets of the flat 'drive in' type? (that bend when you try and hammer them into a cement mortar joint)They're 10p/pkt in my local Wilkos. I also forgot to mention there were Flymo Powertrim corded strimmers reduced to £15.

The autumn planting bulb reductions have started. Packs of 10 tulips reduced from £1 to 50p, only one variety has been reduced (Triumph, mixed colours, 16" max height), but it's a start.
