What did you have for dinner?

This evening we are having fried sea bass fillets with a warm beetroot salad dressed with allspice and parsley, new potatoes. To follow grapes, fresh dates and satsumas.

 

Drumsticks, spring greens, mashed pots.

 

Turkey crown,potatoes,turnip..

 

today its roast beef dinner with all the trimmings

 

Tonite we had chicken curry

 

Roast beef dinner I do things topsy-turvy here, I made chicken fajitas for Sunday's dinner

 

Chicken breast fillet in a sticky BBQ sauce with oven wedges, mushrooms, fried onions and petit pois.

 

Lasagna and garlic bread

 

Beef Wellington,fondant potatoes ,french beans and carrots

 

take out.

 

Salmon with ginger & lime and sweet potato chips&salad Big Yum

 

need to hire a chef, too tired , still at work. leftovers I guess.

Ive just bought the masterchef cookery course book and it in there x

 

Pork tenderlion butterflied and bashed flat,a nice big dollop of crab apple jelly spread on the top ,then sprinkled with Shiney Hybrid chillies,asparagus laid on the top then rolled..Browned in pan and plonked in the oven while I made a creamy Cider sauce with the juices ,D cream,Cider ,knob of butter and a pinch of brown sugar..served with sauted potatoes...

I'm sure there's a fancy way to explain a recipe but that's my way
