    With a bit of luck, Wednesday tea time will bring confirmation of another monumental historic first.

    That's when we'll know if the genuises at ESA have been successful in their efforts to land a man made probe onto a comet for the first time in history.

                    To put my last post into perspective, the moon's rotation around the earth at the equator (where it has its greatest speed) is 1,038 miles per hour, and that comet's speed is 34,000 mph.

                    Can somebody else check the respective distances of the Moon and this comet from Earth?
