      We used to hold a party for friends.

      In the early days it was 100+ people with music and dancing followed by the survivors sitting on the floor playing guitars and singing folk songs.



      Then it progressed to 40 people round for hot and cold buffet and funny quizzes.

      For the last 20 years we've been away for New Year (sometimes been able to pop in to GC :)) but are home this year. If we're not working that evening I'll come and join in. :blue thumb:

          Nowadays we go down the local early doors and get home for a nice take away and the telly. I can't be bothered with travelling anywhere on NYE.
