    will give it a go thanks :)off to get a piece of wood tomorrow then:) this site really is brilliant x dont suppose a pic is available incase im reading this wrong?

      Don't go and buy wood specially for the job Maria. Have you got a ladder? That will give the same effect if used on it's side.

        ive got a ladder bridging the gap in the fallen down fencing to stop the dog getting out until we get around to putting the new ones up lol well looks like im back out there tomorrow! ive been planning whats going where today:) didnt get anywere to get wood today so guess saved some money lol

          @Spruce i found the thread heheh will upload pics when i get them but the whole area is now dug and covered in plastic sheeting, hubby is replacing the old fencing then i can get my raised beds in and give veggy growing a go:)

              Hi I got some goliath lilies from then this yr. I mainly use 'jersey plants direct' for all my plug plants
