Poinsettia advice please.

It does Spruce. Not sure how long it will stay that way though, given how notoriously fussy poinsettias are.

 

@Trunky - as my 'sink bearer' - you will, forever, hold a special place in my heart and I bless you (daily, and forever!) for it .

Now, as a poinsettia beginner ... which I am ... I *could* be inclined toward .. bear with me, I use the word *could*, not *would* ... scratch yer eyes out

You have the most glorious, creative ,nurtured ... handyman poinsettia

The poinsettia went to the big garden in the compost heap sky.
Ah well, at least I tried.

 

So how did you manage that @"M" ? Shouldn't worry about it, they are a notoriously fussy plant.

Just to make you feel better, here's the one I 'rescued' from work after Christmas, just to see how long I could keep it going at home. It seems to be doing fine so far. (Photo taken today).

How did I murder it? No idea ... ... ... the only thing I did was to move it to a different area and it was downhill all the way then

 

Well, here we are, six months on and about as far from Christmas as you can get. I am pleasantly surprised to report that the poinsettia is still going strong.
