Everyone has been busy. Just made a pie today. Will have fish for Christmas Eve dinner then going to Christmas Eve Service. Out to a Restaurant tomorrow for dinner. Just the two of us so no need to make a big deal of a meal. We have so much in the fridge as it is already.

Everyone else's baked products look much nicer than that cookies I made for my sister (at her request). I might just have to eat them myself and buy her something from an actual bakery later.

I am afraid I cheated this year and bought my sausage rolls and mince pies that some other kind person had taken the time to make and bake (Thanks local farm shop:snork:)as I cook for us 364 days of the year and so decided to have a break for once as I have enough to do as it is:snork:

Already have the turkey and beef cooking in the oven and later on when we have eaten will visit Mr Kandy dad in the local hospital and then have an invite round to next doors for some drinkies:partytime: :dancing:

                        :merry christmas:

Thanks @Jenny namaste . Am I too late? My son-in-law cooked the perfect Christmas dinner with all the trimmings and I just couldn't fit in anything else yesterday, apart from this.......just out of the oven! We're not lovers of Christmas pud, so apple crumble made by my own hands. Yes, I made it!

Now that looks awesome Sheal. Crunchy, rich and a generous apple base no doubt. I could always find room for a portion of apple crumble in my "pudding tummy"...;) even though I may not have been able to finish all of my "firsts",
