Good thought, clueless :blue thumb:, but I didn't see any moles there when we were there last December.

Of course, it could have been that I was a little distracted by the young ladies that seemed to have forgotten to put most of their clothes on! :hate-shocked: :roflol:

I've just got an update :)

We shall try and pop in for the GC party but are working. We'll be at a drop in centre for the homeless and disadvantaged and our shift will be cooking dinner for them, clearing up, washing up, cleaning showers etc. We'll also sit and chat with them if they want someone to talk to.

We should be home for midnight as the night shift will be taking over (my back's not up to preparing beds and bedding).

Mrs Trunky has made plans for New Year's Eve, so I'll probably miss out on the GC party. Will call in if I can though.

We always know exactly when the appointed hour arrives in these parts, as we live just down the road from an all year round fireworks shop.

Around here, there is always much banging when midnight arrives.

Well, Curry is a polite term for them........but they're purely for "medicinal" purposes only, used for "clearing out the system":hate-shocked::runforhills:

I thought Bells was an industrial strength toilet cleaner. Its certainly not for drinking. I think on the scale of really bad whisky to good whisky, Bells ranks marginally above Generic Supermarket Own Label, and some way below the lower ranking 'Only Bought It For The New Years Toast' brands like Famous Grouse or Glenfiddich.

I like @Zigs 'curried ham' story. If we're lucky he might tell it again for anyone that's not yet had the pleasure.
