Is this a fungal disease, ID please.

    This is on a lot of my bushes and trees. Could it be dangerous and if so, can it be eliminated?

    It's Lichen, harmless as far as I'm aware.

      I agree with JazzSi and it's supposedly a sign of good, unpolluted air, I have it in my garden too. :)
