I understand what you mean, and you are talking about fresh water, I'm talking about sea water? I've tried washing her feet which makes no difference, I resort to anti-histamines but they can take up to an hour to work and she is leaping about and chewing her feet for all that time. I'll get hold of some Hypocare, could be just the job, thanks! :dbgrtmb:

Yeh mines fresh water its a lot finer than beach sand

And mum had tried everything too this is the only thing to actually make a bit of difference.

    Good luck hope it works

sorry to hear Penny has a sore leg Woo. give her an extra cuddle and kiss from me :wub2:

btw during the summer our Freddy sprained a muscle in his hind leg whilst running up the stairs too! (why must they do it at break neck speed!:hapfeet::gaah:) he had a limp on and off for about a week afterwards but was soon right as rain :) he has become quite the little fatso you see and was (still is) getting plenty of exercise to try and shift it, the extra weight hes carrying plus being more active does of course put more strain on little legs/joints:doggieshmooze:

Hehe your choice of words made me chuckle, for a second I was thinking "why are Dips' comments in between Penny's toes?!" I need some reading comprehension practise I think!
Hope Penny is all better now.
