    Another use for rosemary:
Open a bottle of red wine and plunge a stalk of rosemary into it. Leave it to infuse for a couple of hours, then serve.

If you cut a sprig of some rosemary give it a rub,and put it in vegetable oil. Leave it for a couple of weeks let the flavours of the rosemary infuse in to the oil. Then next time you come to cooking roasties use the oil, works a treat at getting a nice light hint of rosemary infused in to the roasties.

You can use the principle of the idea for any herb really.

I love Rosemary and funnily enough so does our little cat!

I spotted some flowers on my new plant I bought at the local garden centre the other week this one is Rosmarinus officinalis 'Miss Jessopp's Upright'

But I recently bought two small plants for a £1 each of 'Roman Beauty' & 'Ginger' which I think is 'Green Ginger' and it smells lovely :)

Lots of ideas on veggie Rosemary use... Particularly fond of the Camembert one, and will try Rosemary bread soon (how much Rosemary per 500g of flour? White, wholemeal, or 2/3 1/3 mix - attractively called "grey" here?).

If you use lentils and pulses, Rosemary goes really well. In a lentil loaf, mixed bean salad (add chopped marjoram, Rosemary and parsley with diced onions to the cooked beans whilst they are still hot, along with a little olive oil. Stir, sniff, stir again, and wait (if you can!) until cool!
