Off to Keukenof Gardens in April

    My daughters treated me to a 4 night stay in brussels(5th April) so i can visit kuekenof gardens :hapydancsmil:with staying in ostend i think i will only have 1 day there,according to google its a 3hr ride to get there :frown: i should of researched before booking :doh:
    Not sure how much will be flowering then but its the only week we can get off work together,there is a day trip to bruges included too :yes:
    Has anyone been? any info would be great please x
    I will have 2 days spare to visit other places if i cant get back to the gardens easily x

        Bruges is definitely worth a visit before it gets too crowded in Summer, it is a small pretty town and easy to walk around, Ghent is also an interesting town too.

                  Are you driving? From Kuekenof gardens it would only take about 30 minutes to Amsterdam Lelylaan station (where you could park) and a ten minute train ride to Amsterdam Centraal. Then it is a brisk 15 minute walk to the Bloemenmarkt. Tram no.1 takes you back to Lelylaan in the evening.

                          Wow Joolz! What beautiful flowers! I bet you wanted to bring them all home? Out of all those lovely colours I like the white tulip with the feathery edges best. :biggrin:
