Hello from Suffolk!

Hi All, I'm from a village not far from Bury St Edmunds in Suffolk.
I have a small flock of hens & a white tabby cat....oh & a lovely husband!
I've been veg gardening for several years & love it! I also enjoy my flowerbeds although since I've had free ranging hens they aren't as pretty as they were!
We have very heavy clay soil, but I keep adding horse muck & compost & it's improving year by year!
I have a small greenhouse which I grow cucumbers & tomatoes in every year. I also have 3 fruit trees.
My biggest dream is to one day own more land or a small holding!?

Oh wise owl, it looks lovely, bet you can't wait for those fruit trees to produce some lovely fruit! Brilliant price too , I do like a bargain!
You can't beat picking fruit off the tree & eating it!
I shall look forward to seeing your crop later in the year.
Your wallflowers will be lovely too, I love the smell of them.

Nice to see another Suffolker on here. Like you I keep chickens, grow veg and have a cat too.

I'm over on the other side of the county, on light sandy free draining soil.

So probably within smelling distance of the sugar beet factory then?
