Nice to be out in the garden today even though it's only 3'c and felt a lot colder in the biting wind.
Tidied and split the cannas and dahlias up and potted up.
Marked out the lawn where my new borders are going to be, but I'll probably change my mind before I start digging the lawn out.

Toby can come and stay, but there's a strong rule, no chasing
Jenny can come to,but there's another strong rule, no kitting it's to cold for the sheeps
how many tea warmers can you kit out of 200 wooley jumbers

This morning before leaving for work I thought I'd brave the elements & spread some pig manure around my fruit plot & veggie plot, my hens were of course only to happy to 'help'! I managed to get a lot done but needless to say it wasn't possible to dig it in, the soil was frozen solid.
I arrived at work feeling rather smug that I'd got a bit of time in the garden & to my horror I noticed that I'd not changed my garden jacket & there's pig manure up the arm! :lunapic 130165696578242 5::lunapic 130165696578242 5:I'd been so careful not to get any on my clothes! Jacket was off in a flash & shoved into the back of my car! Thought you lot would see the funny side! :heehee: I can't stop giggling! :loll:
