Home made Chicken Korma, Spicy Aubergine, Jasmine rice, cucumber raita and poppadums. ( Got company for dinner tonight)

I follow the French way of main meal lunchtime. Just had home made chicken curry with freshly ground spices, onions, tomatoes and creamed coconut with broccoli and whole rice. Yum

 

This evening: "Ionian Chicken" - our take on a Greek stew of chicken leg joints, a little wine, tomato paste, onions, lemons with cinnamon, cloves, sultanas and parsley - steamed potatoes and a leafy salad - a glass of white wine and fruit to follow.

a naughty fry up. 2 frying pans on the go - home made pork rissoles, bacon rashers, fried tomatoes and one fried egg for Mr Namaste ( I don't do eggs)

Well I wish I'd known that before now

 

well, I like scrambled with copious cheese in, Yorkshire pudding, pancakes and the occasional chopped egg and mayo sarnie....

frittata
cakes
quiche
custard
ice-cream
