Oooohh i might have to get some then. I only found out they existed when i was going through dahlias in the RHS to find one i wanted to draw. I just thought it was so pretty and stunning. I def havent captured that with the drawing as im quite heavy handed and the actualy flower is so soft and pretty but i dont do soft in drawings.

Was asked to make some artwork for collection boxes that will be hung on the back of toilet doors in our wildlife trust visitor centre. Was told "Spend a Penny Donate a Penny" and that's all I had to go on.

Oh i like that a lot Jenny it is sweet and humorous

Here is my Day 9 drawing its Clematis Golden Tiara. I used oil pastels and drawing ink again. Struggled with this a lot as my ex was sitting next to me at the time and i realised i don't like drawing when there is an audience

and here is todays drawing which i have just finished. it's a Lewisia cotyledon and i used water soluble pencils and a 0.7 pen

I've tried Enamals too, this is an interpretation of the Rollright Stones in Oxfordshire.

Love that @Zigs the trees are awesome

I may be having a massive blonde moment but what are enamel paints? Lol

I quite like oils for the texture but it just takes too long to dry

love acrylics because i tend to work quick, messy and heavy handed plus i love using palette knives with those and the texture you can get is amazing

Gouache i like if im taking more time and want to be more delicate but as im not naturally delicate they suit

Zigs thats an amazing first attempt. Im massively impressed

Yeh i know which paints now. I spent most of uni life in modelling and art shops because of my degree and constantly having to buy the right scaled people for the scale models of my designs

I was just fully having a moment where my brain didnt connect anything lol
