    Recieved Peter Beales catalogue yesterday, was wondering if anyone has bought from here before.
    What I'm interested in they are all species roses

    Rosa pimpinellifolia
    Rosa helenae
    Rosa moyesii
    Rosa x kochiana
    Rosa davidii
    Rosa omeiensis pteracantha

    Hi Ian not used Peter Beales and have only limited experience of these Roses,but if I can be of any help just ask:smile:

    1.Rosa pimpinellifolia/I have used these as ground cover and as a Hedge
    2.Rosa helenae /Rambler
    3.Rosa moyesii /WildRose/Hybrids
    4.Rosa x kochiana /again ground cover
    5.Rosa davidii /Wil Rose/Hybrids
    6.Rosa omeiensis pteracantha /Wild

        Good evening ian its a good choice Monty Dons favourite he has one in his garden and raves about its scarlet flowers, Shrub

        Rosa omeiensis pteracantha yes I'm almost sure this is the one with the spectacular thorns that appear translucent ,white flower,Shrub
