What did you have for dinner?

Tonite its Roast beef,potatoes,roast potatoes,mixed veg,yorkshire puddings...

 

My oh made me monkfish and pancetta skewers with garlic prawns! Yum yum! First meal he's cooked for me in years!!!

 

@Ariadae - cor that looks delicious! Shame you had to wait years for it, but bet it was worth it

On the menu today is: A chicken roast followed with berry fruits and yogurt.

 

Mussels with saffron sauce and garlic and bacon. And lots of good crusty bread to sop it up. Glass of a lovely white wine with this one.
Filet Megon with tomato polenta and asparagus. Glass of a lovely red wine with this one. Dessert blood orange cheese cake with black coffee.

 

Sounds so yummy Redstar..Can i ask whats the blood Orange cheesecake

Woodmans pie with mash and savoy.Was supposed to have a suet crust on top but when I came to do the pastry I remembered I'd given the suet to the birds had to settle for short crust...nice though

 

Tonite we had chicken stir fry...

I was late back tonight so I had Oxtail Soup & a roll, it was really tasty & made a nice change.

 

Tonight its Gammon steak,chips,fried egg,pineapple rings..
