    Hiya John :blue thumb:
The problem can be that one gets carried away with enthusiasm, I have. It's a balancing act. On the one hand, be aware of any problems/issues, but on the other hand, look for potential.
Just my opinion, of course :blue thumb:

A case in point. My Father (God rest his soul) took on a plot that was neglected, no-one wanted it. It was full of brambles, and not promising at all. He transformed it and grew some wonderful crops.

At least you will have time to start buying reduced rolls of mesh from Wilkos before you start growing in earnest.

I'm spending about 5 hours a week on my 2 indoor growboxes, including sowing, watering, pricking out, potting up and swopping plants in and out of them as I've got more than can fit underneath, plus there's all that measuring & counting of onion leaves, taking pics and posting them.

I also spend a fair bit of time, maybe 2 hrs a week, checking my growbox plus whats coming along in the greenhouse. It's soon going to be the silly season with much more sowing and planting :)
