Our super fishmonger had a Porbeagle shark today, so, for dinner: Shark steak with a medley of French beans, broad beans and broccoli with some steamed buttered potatoes, and a glass of light white wine. To follow some fresh fruit.

I am 'saving' myself for an excellent carvery lunch tomorrow so tonight I just had some fresh wholemeal sourdough bread and some interesting cheese (has bits of sun dried tomato in it). Alongside 2 of those special mixed salads that M & S do (one waldorf, the other mango & mangetout slaw).
