            Aloha everyone,

We have a misty morning with the soft light that gives the impression that we shall eventually get some sunshine. It was quite foggy when I drove home after midnight last night. We won our match in London and I stopped off at an all night deli/bakery to get a load of shopping for the freezer. :blue thumb:

Loli, the earlier daylight has also brought the sound of the cockerel across the field showing off for longer. I'm surprised that he doesn't get a sore throat with him sounding off for ten hours a day.

Keep well and have a great day

            Aloha!

              Good morning everyone,

Cold one this morning, still at least it is dry. I think I need a new mattress, my back is killing me again this morning. Either that or get rid of my bed mate she hogs all the bed.

Have a good day everyone, hope you are all fighting fit this morning. God bless.:wub2:

                Morning all

Another lovely day here. I know we need rain but it can stay away for now.

I hope everyone is well or getting better.

                Have a great day

Beckie! I was exactly the same, wasn't going to bother etc etc, now I wouldn't be without it. If Aldi moved I would be bereft. We don't have a Lidl either, but I say thank god, because if there was another source of plants close by, I'd be more skint than I already am, lol x x x

Morning all. Sad day here. Yesterday I found out that my friend had lost her very brave 3 year battle with breast cancer on Saturday. A strange and complex person, she cut us all off in the last few months, but died at home with her family at 55. I could write reams here, but of course there is little point. She was a huge animal lover and we always said whoever went first, would wait at The Rainbow Bridge (where animals go when they die) until the other one came along eventually. So go to the bridge mate, there will be plenty of animals there for you to spend time with and to love. I'll see you there in the future at some point. RIP Eily. A courageous lady indeed.

Dear Lynda, I don't post here on a regular basis but I want you to know your message this morning touched my heart. She sounded a great lady - strong of soul - if not body ,and my thoughts are sincerely with you today,

Jenny. Thank you so much for taking the time to write this post. It is very greatly appreciated. I know Eily would have said "pull yourself together you stupid woman and get on with it!" Sometimes it's easier said than done, eh? Thanks again Jenny and have a lovely day x x x

:grphg: for you @LyndaG . Can't say it any better than Jenny did. And don't forget - it's not weak to grieve, you need to be able to mourn the loss of your friend. Then remember the good times and celebrate the life she had
