Yes all the more poignant for being based on real life.

Surprisingly enough, it was produced by Mel Brooks! (Uncredited) [IMG]

I watched 'Meet the Parents' with Robert de Niro, first time I have seen de Niro do comedy, he is an absolute natural at it, very very funny.

Bad Teacher was on the other night and I couldn't be bothered to change channels. Was quite pleasantly surprised - made me laugh anyway.

DeNiro in a comic role in Mad Dog And Glory is very good but he is opposite Bill Murray who is a comedic god :love30:

Ah yes - I adore Bill Murray! Loved him especially in What About Bob? (not many seem to have seen that one).

A great guy....he prefers to hang out with non celebs.

An amusing incident that shows what he is like. He went into a restaurant and pinched a
chip from someone's plate. The person looked up and recognised him. Bill just gestured
              "shhhh....they'll never believe you!"

Sorry, but I just hated it :dunno: But then I rate Braindead as one of the greatest films ever so that's not saying much.:heehee:
