What did you have for dinner?

Tonite we had Gammon,chips,fried egg,pineapple...

 

Lasagna and garlic bread

 

Pan fried pollock with stir fried purple sprouting broccoli, chicory, fennel, courgette and chard

 

Slow cooked strips of pork belly, mashed potatoes and gravy. Co-op raspberry trifle.

 

Chicken Vindaloo

 

After seeing this i just added pork belly to my abel and cole order for next week. It serves 4 but im thinking cook it and the eat it cold fir a few days

 

Fish and Chips and a few glasses of red wine to wash it doon

 

Ham, egg and chips with a few baked beans to add an ounce of "healthy" to the plate

 

Poached Cod with parsley sauce,Mash, Broccoli and cauli, and a couple of Hot Cross Buns with Wensleydale ...well it is Good Friday

 

Tonite its Rump steak,chips,mushrooms and off-course a nice glass of red wine lol

 

Savoury minced beef (made using marrow bone stock) served on a bed of Yorkshire pudding and surrounded by a vegetable medley.

 

Just finished making this, sitting in the fridge chilling With it will go a simple roast chicken with old bay seasoning on it.

Love Barefoot Contessa but not this particular recipe. But will try your cheesy Yorkshire recipe which t'other half and I think looks real yummy.
