    Sowed mine today :)

    'Sungold'
    'Black Krim'
'Gardeners Delight' and since I couldn't find any 'normal' tomato seed, I sowed a few 'Country Taste' that I found knocking around.
These will be planted in the greenhouse border when the time comes. I'll be sowing my outdoor toms in a couple of weeks.

        Hiya Jenny :blue thumb:

        As it stands...
        'Maskotka'
        'Gardeners Delight'
'Sungold' (there were loads in the packet!)
        'Sweet 'n' Neat Yellow'
        'Balcony Yellow'
The 'Sungold' will be going in a couple of growbags, the rest in pots :)
I'm quite hopeful of getting some good yields as it's a sun-trap out the back

EDIT : The 'Gardeners Delight' will also be going in a growbag...

Mine are about 3" tall now with proper leaves! I bought a pack of 5 types of tomato from 99p shop. Every single seed germinated!

Tomatoes do tend to germinate very well Lynda, you'll be looking for homes for some later probably.

About 100 tomato plants in the indoor growbox

Another 40 or so mini bush toms in 90mm pots in the greenhouse, and I've put my main sowing in tomato seeds in a propagator today. I don't bother with seed trays for sowing in propagators, instead using sections of cell tray inserts for most stuff, cheaper than pots and they can be further snipped and separated as and when they've germinated, so there's never any wasted propagator space.

I'll only keep just the strongest plants to pot on/plant, plus some might get hit by late frost, but any spare will get car booted/donated to charity plant sales, better too much than too little as Noddy said to Big Ears in Noddy Goes Shopping

A bit of a disaster here. I went away for a few days thinking that my Toms won't have germinated during this time, but came back to fine that some had, and were frazzled by the sun/heat :doh:It's looking like I'll have to re-sow. I also came back to some Lupin seedlings that have been 'had' by a slug  Oh yeah, my Peppers are knackered too....

My Red Pear have all germinated and will be ready to pot up soon. Sowed some Tumbling Toms today and just pondering on one other variety to try. Don't want to do too many as I'm the only one who eats them here but I do pass some onto family once they're potted up and ready to grow outside

Try Sungold Eve, definitely the best tasting variety for me.
