PS it is not just what we think, but what the potential buyer sees in it, that matters.

I am an etsy seller Jenny. I don't really want to put it on there though. I've contacted my local art gallery to see if they are interested but if not then it will be the centre piece of my art exhibits on my local art trail.

I'd say they were very high standard. If you have a local art trail you could try and exhibit them there and see what happens. That's what I did.

Next couple of commissions I've been given in exchange for about £300 worth of mahogany wood. The guy who gave me the wood requested that I carve his sister 2 cats from the wood he gave me in return. She is suffering from dementia and was currently being rehomed. So her brother was clearing out the shed of her late husband and was given all this wood to play with. It should hopefully keep me going for quite sometime as a result.

The first cat, carved from the mahogany I was given.
