Can I save my New Zealand Flax?

    So I dug up my flax a few days after Xmas last year and divided it.

    This is how it looked when I planted it in its new spot.

    I presume its sulking but its looking worse and worse as the weeks go by.

    Any thoughts? I thought about cutting all the leaves in half to reduce stress but I wonder if this is too late?

    I wouldn't necessarily give up yet, Phormiums are big sulkers when it doesn't get what it wants.. to transplant it will see it have a massive tantrum. I would let it take its course.. personally, from experience of seeing something similar, I think it will grow back, but it may start back with small leaves and regrow that way.

      like Stephen said, dont give up on it yet. i moved one last year, and it looked like that. i presume its the yellow wave form? give it a feed of chicken poop, lots of water and keep an eye out.

        Should I cut the leaves back to minimise the stress though?
