I know that feeling, i.e. if it is dry you always feel you should be doing something to the garden. I allow myself the indulgences of "time out" just to relax in it though. That said, just sitting and looking tends to be full of mental notes about "oh I must do that" etc. [IMG]

but mainly its because my bucket of rainwater for watering the camellia ran out a few days ago so i was starting to get desperate lol

            I multi-task :heehee:
Besides, bit difficult to have a long soak in the bath curled up with a PC @Spruce - books are far less likely to electrocute me

We had a little rain in the night. Not enough but we're grateful for whatever we get. :blue thumb:

I've just picked another 20lb of rhubarb for people that have ordered it. I charge £1 for 1lb 4oz, whereas the supermarkets are charging well over double that at £2 for 400gms.

I'm picking it at a rate of no more than 20lb a day as my back doesn't like it! I've orders for 50lb on Tuesday. :phew:

The solitary bees love the bamboo. Heres the one i bought and the bamboo gets used the most

Its stopped raining and is all sunny and there are patches of blue skies. The patio is back to being completely dry. It better tart tipping it down later or tonight.

In the mean time im planting more tiny lavender plants along the side of my path

Its been a great week for drying out the log pile thats been home to many a bee I think over the winter?

I've just finished cutting new edges to two of the blackberry beds so time for a :coffee: The tits were yelling at me as they didn't want me to walk back past their nesting boxes. So I went the longer way round. :)

Well I didn't have to do too much to empty the greenhouse - builder's mate did the majority of it for me. Some of it is in the skip but there's a lot of it on my lawn. Now I've just got to clear out enough space in the garage to fit it in
