What did you have for dinner?

Yesterday evening: Saute chicken livers and sweet peppers with puy lentils, cous-cous and a green salad. Accompanied with a glass of very robust red wine.

I enjoy cooking and trying out recipes.

Yesterday evening I made a version of Tom Yum soup - kind of thai style chicken noodle soup that was delicious!
(Shallots, red thai curry paste, chicken stock, soy, lime zest + juice, pak choi, egg fine noodles and shredded chicken). Have kept the recipe!

 

Yeller sticker curry, loverly and only half price. Roll on sell by date.

I have pork and leek sausages tonight with kale

 

8 rashers of bacon, 3 runny fried eggs and 4 pieces of bread and butter.

Cream slice is earmarked for later.

 

There's nothing like healthy eating!

 

I know. i diet Tues to Saturday, so i have 2 days of pigging out.

so oven baked cod with rice and peas (Jamaican rice and peas not plain rice with green peas)

 

With this lousy weather that is GOOD comfort food, enjoy!!!

2 sausages, broccoli, carrots, turnips and chips with a red wine and black currant gravy. Sounds ming, but was delish. nom nom nommage.
