    Yesterday evening: Saute chicken livers and sweet peppers with puy lentils, cous-cous and a green salad. Accompanied with a glass of very robust red wine.

      I enjoy cooking and trying out recipes.

      Yesterday evening I made a version of Tom Yum soup - kind of thai style chicken noodle soup that was delicious!
      (Shallots, red thai curry paste, chicken stock, soy, lime zest + juice, pak choi, egg fine noodles and shredded chicken). Have kept the recipe! [​IMG]
