What's your weather like 2015

Occasional heavy showers between the sunny periods but very windy on Woolacombe beach this afternoon and the same here now in Barnstaple. Just about reached 15c.

 

Sorry @"M" no time to write postcards as am just off to the local to have a glass of vino on the terrace, lo siento, Senora!

I'm curious how my garden has been over the last few weeks and heard the weather has been a bit topsy turvey - I'm wondering if anyone the Fens way or @Lolimac might give a recap as we seem to get similarish weather.

Have bought myself a garden planting schedule book (in Spanish) and poring over it with interest - sowing tomatoes in Nov/Dec and planting out in March!! I saw an allotment a few days ago and the toms were about 2ft tall with tomatoettes on them. Was green with ... Still I may just have a bit of rhubarb to come home to!

After yesterdays dreadful weather there's been some improvement today. The rain and wind continued until early this morning but slowly brightened up by late morning. It's been a sunny, windless afternoon until this last hour with the return of showers. 13C

 

Guttering fixed. The heavy rain cleared around 11ish to give nice warm sunny spells. Then around 3ish the skies darkened and gave way to a thunder storm. Sunny now though but very windy 16'c/61'f

 

If your weather in the fens @Gay Gardener has been anything like here in East Yorks it's been really quite dry with just enough rain to set the gardens growing.You'll have plenty to do when you get back so in the mean time enjoy your holiday you'll be back just as we seem to have turned a corner with the weather .Good timing

Been dull all day but not dark and it's been warm enough to enjoy pottering in the garden as there was no wind. It started raining half an hour ago and is a steady, gentle drizzle.

 

Clear and sunny till 3ish then hazy low cloud 17'c/62'f
